How can gratitude change your life?

If you could ask any of the great new thought philosophers and practitioners, from one of the founding figures Prentice Mulford to the present day guru of new thought Ekhart Tolle they would all tell you that GRATITUDE is at the very epicentre of having more abundance in your life.

To look at it another way you have been given the gift of 86,400 seconds each day; how many of them will you use to say “thank you”? Make a conscious effort today to use the “magic words”, as our parents used to call them. HEAR yourself say them; make an effort to say it for everything you’re grateful for. Really think about what you’re grateful for. This does take some thinking about but it’s worth it.

Once you have done your thinking, you know what you’re grateful for, 65B95043-5F40-4115-8285-77EC61E7A22Ewrite it on a piece of paper and keep it in a gratitude jar! Decorate the jar with a label and as much other decoration as you like;  and when you’re feeling a bit at odds with the world, read some of your gratitudes, it’ll pep you up in no time!

I genuinely believe that the words ‘thank you’ are the magic words and have magical properties, to get more of what YOU WANT in your life. And if you do this for 21 days you are on your way to it becoming a habit.

Remember folks you create your own reality.

  1. You actually make it appear so easy with your presentation however I to find this matter to be actually one thing which I believe I’d by no means understand. It kind of feels too complicated and very broad for me. I’m having a look forward for your next publish, I will try to get the dangle of it!

    1. Thanks for your comment Alex. Basically being thankful/ grateful is a positive thing to do in your life.

So think of all the things you are grateful for write them down, put them in a “gratitude jar” and when you’re feeling sad pick out one of your gratitudes and read it to remind yourself of the good things you do have in your life.
