Walking back to happiness…

After a #$%* morning I decided to enlist the help of my “Walking back to happiness” technique to get me back in the right frame of mind, give me back my mojo and generally up my vibration.

Here’s what you need to do if you find yourself have an equally or more pants time of it. Remember YOU are responsible for YOUFACT – so try not to let outside influences mess with your happy vibe, but if they do, try this on for size.

You really need to do this outside in the fresh air to connect fully – although you can do it in doors, you somehow don’t manage to connect in the same way and get the purposeful strides in!

  • As usual with all of these techniques take a few deep cleansing breaths before you start
  • Now imagine that as you walk from your heels a trail of glitter, stars and sparkles (whatever you want to consider is your ‘Magic’) is shooting out
  • Make the colours really vivid and bright
  • Imagine that in your wake there are foot prints made of your choice of colour and material
  • Imagine that you are blasting everyone behind you, and showering them in your particular brand of “Magic”
  • Imagine the “Magic” sparkles are enveloping you as you walk; cushioning you as you make your steps forward almost carrying you above the ground

NOW how does that make you feel? Better? If it doesn’t just keep walking and imagining, until your vibration is raised and you feel you can take on the day again!

This really works for me and I instantly feel happy, brighter, lighter and more cheerful. Give it a go; what have you got to lose?
